Hi, I'm Jen, a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula living life
in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my incredible husband, 3 energetic kids, and our many animals.

Birth, family, and women's wellness has been my passion for over 10 years. My dream is that every person feels heard and supported through their entire journey to and through parenthood.

I believe birth can be an empowering, transformative experience with education and the right support team. I'd love to talk with you about your journey and see if I can support you along the way!

I provide holistic, wraparound support services for families during conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. I currently offer in-person support for families on the Colorado Western Slope. I also offer some virtual support for families outside of Western Colorado, determined on a case-by-case basis. Above all, I want to ensure we are a good fit during your most sacred, transformative time.

Beyond this, I view my role as a doula and birth keeper as a sacred calling, one that I approach with deep respect and commitment. Each client I work with is unique and I am passionate about understanding their individual perspectives, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, and deeply held values.
I take time to listen to their dreams and hopes for birth, parenthood, motherhood, womanhood, and life itself.
I firmly believe that the answers people seek are often found within themselves, and I honor the profound power of intuition. My goal is to meet each person where they are in their journey—without judgment—creating a safe and supportive environment to explore thoughts and feelings.
It is both an honor and a privilege to carry out this important work. I am continually humbled by the trust my clients place in me during such a transformative time in their lives. My commitment is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support that empowers women & birthing people to embrace their unique birthing experiences.
By fostering an atmosphere of respect and understanding, I aim to help each family feel seen, heard, and valued throughout their journey into parenthood. It is my hope that through this collaborative relationship, we can navigate the complexities of childbirth together, celebrating the strength and wisdom inherent in every person.
